Movinghub CRM Redesign : Empowering Agents, Driving Growth

Movinghub’s CRM was powerful but difficult for sales agents to use, multiple clicks for simple tasks, unclear sales tracking, and hard-to-visualise progress. This led to frustration, inefficiency, and missed opportunities.
Research and Interviews
Conducted user interviews and feedback sessions with agents and managers.
Mapped journeys to identify friction points:
- Too many steps to complete basic actions.
- No clear visibility of customer progress.
- Sales stats buried and hard to track.
Affinity mapping and insights revealed the need for a streamlined, intuitive system with faster workflows and clear data visualization.


Planning & iteration
Sketched agent workflows and sales tracking flows.
Created journey maps to visualize pain points.
Low-fidelity wireframes tested:
- Simpler navigation
- Fewer clicks to complete sales
- Clear dashboards for leads & performance
Each iteration brought clarity to how agents could save time and track results in real-time.


Design Execution
Developed a clean, scalable design system with consistent typography, colors, and components.
Key features included:
- Lead Dashboard → Quick filters, priority tags, call/email buttons.
- Customer Page → Editable details, interaction history, quick actions.
- Sales Stats & Leaderboards → Clear graphs, KPIs, and motivational team view.
Focused on clarity, speed, and motivation, making the CRM a tool agents actually want to use.
